You'll need to change the HotKeyValue property for each arrow to one of these values. This works with the default keypad settings.

Up: 229

Down: 226

Left: 219

Right: 228

Upper/Left: 220

Upper/Right: 237

Bottom/Left: 217

Bottom/Right: 234
