On an ealier Post, it was stated that the BoB could not be used for Active Sync, as it does not do full RS232. In the current manual, on page 82 (7.3.4) It has the Pinouts, which have all 9 Pins used on the DB-9. On Page 68 (5.51) It shows all the Requirements of the RS232 Null modem cable and connections, which are identical to those listed in the BoB for the Full EIA-232 Pinouts (7.3.4), Also, on the Output Cable pinout (Cable A) it shows all 9 Pins used for Full RS232 Serial Connection. Can the COM3 (Full EIA-232) now be used for active sync, if all 9 Pins are connected, as I am unable to achieve connection. The PC-Connections option in Control Panel only has the option of USB COM5. I am able to Send and receive data via COM3 of TREQ to COM1 of PC using the Miniterm. Incominging signals of CTS,DSR and CD are all RED. Thankyou
