Hi,

I have a problem and I need technical assistance.

We are communicating terminal G72 by serial rs232 (COM1) with a DSP and communications are good.

But when We try to communicate with rs485 our communications not work. I have change COM1 SETUP at SCREEN G72 and save with rs485 serial port.

Have I to change or setup more params or options at qterm G72 or Qlarity software to work with rs485?

I supposed that levels (voltage) for rs485 in G72 communications are normal or following standars levels. May are different and there are changes to take account?

Please give me a hand.

See the Hardware manual for documentation on the pinout for the RS485 port.
